Unfortunately, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled as we plan routes around our bookings. However, with enough notice, this may be possible - we do try our best to accommodate where we can.

All of our start dates are tentative and may not start and finish on the specified dates given. If your items are time-sensitive, you may want to consider a solus-drop which gives you a lot more control over your campaign. Other factors such as weather may also impact deliverability - nobody wants soggy flyers being delivered - It's not a good look for anyone.

However, generally, we can secure delivery to the mainland UK within 3 working days from your order date.
